A lot goes on behind the scenes. Many an hour will be spent in the research and ordering process, so everything is perfect just for you. How to start the flower ball rolling
Please complete the form below. Once we check our availability, we will confirm immediately if your date is available. I will then invite you for an initial complimentary consultation, which can be conducted over the phone, in our studio, or at your venue. We’ll take the time to get to know you and listen to your vision and ideas. (Don’t worry if you feel stuck; we’re here to guide you with pertinent questions.)
Your Proposal
We will create a bespoke proposal for you, including an inspiration board featuring in-season flowers, a colour palette, and images that reflect the vision we discuss. Additionally, you’ll receive written design proposals for each area, along with a summary of costs.
Our Personal Service
We can set up a WhatsApp group to easily share ideas with family members, ensuring everyone feels involved. If you’re concerned about how things will look, we will happily arrange a mock-up day for you. Site visits are useful for walking through the details of your day, especially for weddings at private homes. We will curate every element—from elegant buttonholes to large floral ceiling installations, and breathtaking arches to silk-bound bouquets—with love and skill.
Understanding that your time is valuable, why not leave the details to us? We can provide candles, holders, and source linens. We will help design the layouts and style the tables to make them memorable, romantic, and magnificent.
Your Investment
We request a non-refundable booking fee of £757 and a signed contract before we can secure your date. Until then, it remains available to other potential clients. We can adjust details as needed! Once ordering begins, a part-payment of 50% of the remaining balance will be required. The final balance is due six weeks before your wedding day. Any breakages and last-minute additions will be billed afterwards.
Your Big Day
When your big day arrives, we will deliver all the bridal flowers and assist with pinning on buttonholes if required. Your day will be filled with exquisite, fragrant blooms and foliage for you to hold, wear, and admire. It will be wildly lovely and breathtakingly romantic.
